    Motivation is at a New Year's peak. I didn't set goals. I raised my floor.

    Here's what that actually means.

    Last year wasn't about more. It was about consistency.

    Systems I could stick to. Health habits I could maintain. Work that delivered real results for my clients. A life that didn't fall apart when things got hard.

    That became my new normal.

    Most people want change in the new year.

    Very few raise their floor, because changing what feels normal is harder than setting goals.
