    Between the family health scares and time off, things were slowed down more than planned.

    But here's what I know after 20+ years in recruiting and intentional career strategy.

    Momentum and progress don't come from perfection.

    They come from restarting.

    Especially after a stall.

    Life is always going to throw you a curve ball. It doesn't matter if that knocks you off course.

    It just matters that you're back now.

    If you're getting back into motion this week, you're not behind.

    You're right on time.
