The Origin & Mission

My Word for 2024 Was Transformation. My Word for 2025 Was Consistency. Consistency Made It Last.

Transformation is what everyone celebrates. Consistency is what makes it permanent. What happens when you stop negotiating with the version of you that quits.

My Word for 2024 Was Transformation. My Word for 2025 Was Consistency. Consistency Made It Last.

My word for 2024 was Transformation. My word for 2025 was Consistency. Consistency is what made the change last.

The girl on the left? She's the one who did the hard work to transform.

The girl on the right? She's the one who kept showing up long enough to experience the rewards.

Here's what I learned the hard way.

Transformation feels powerful. Consistency feels boring. And boring is where most people stop.

Anyone can change when motivation is high. Very few people build the systems, habits, and identity that carry them through the unglamorous days.

That's when results stop being fragile. That's when change becomes permanent.

This isn't just about health. It's careers. It's confidence. It's trusting yourself again.

As a top performer, I lived in the all-or-nothing trap for years. Big pushes. Big effort. Big swings. Big crashes. Sound familiar?

What I didn't understand until I committed to doing something every single day was that consistency creates a version of you that no longer negotiates with excuses.

You become the new version little by little.

What actually changed my life wasn't intensity. It was showing up consistently, not perfectly.

When I choose a word for the year, it's because I'm ready to learn the lesson. Not because it sounds flashy.

So now I'm thinking about 2026. What's the word you're considering for 2026?
